Each location has Sales Engineers, Design Engineers, Application Engineers, Magnetic Field analysis, Customer Service Advisors, and Market analysis Departments. The San Jose office is the Head Quarters for North America and supports the West Coast Customer base. The Chicago office supports the customer base for the Midwest and East Coast.
